Absolutely love this clinic! Dr. Fan & her amazing team has made me feel so welcomed and informed since my first consultation visit! I knew one left I wanted to work with them! Trust is something very important to me especially with orthotic care! Such professionalism, very knowledgeable and overall kind! Excellent work and professional customer service.

Dr. Fan and the entire team have been wonderful to work with. My son chose to get aligners, and whenever we’ve had an issue, they have been able to get us in right away. They are incredibly responsive, whether I call or send a text, I usually receive a response within about 15 minutes.

The staff genuinely cares about the success of the treatment plan and always take the time to resolve any issues and educate us about the process. Their level of care and communication has made the experience very positive. I would highly recommend Lynnwood Orthodontics. Thank you!

Dr. Fan is so great! She is so nice and very knowledgeable. She has a really wonderful staff. Everyone is so kind there and they make you feel welcomed. Bri is an amazing assistant. She is so gentle and she is literally the sweetest! I love my new smile.

Recently lost my retainers in a move. Where I originally got braces is far away from me now, so I was looking for somewhere closer to get my retainers replaced. I’m so lucky to have found Lynnwood Orthodontics. All of the staff were so helpful and accommodating to my needs. They even had a super quick turn around! I could not recommend this place more. If i ever need anything else, I will look no further.

I've had the best patient experience having braces for the second time as an adult! I had braces when I was young but lost my retainers and my teeth had shifted a lot, but I was hesitatnt to go through braces again because I didn't like my braces experience as a teenager. However, everyone at Lynnwood ortho made the second time a breeze! Chandra at the front desk was very helpful and accomodating with scheduling and working around my schedule. Dr Cindy, Lindsey, and Bree(?) always put me at ease with their thorough explanation. They're also just the sweetest and nicest people and so lovely to be around with. Best of all, after my invisalign treatment my smile is back and it actually looks even straighter than before. Can't thank and recommend everyone at Lynnwood ortho enough!

I had an amazing experience at Lynnwood Orthodontics. From the very first moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Dr. Cindy, who took over Dr. Vierra recently, and her entire team provided top-notch orthodontic care and I got an amazing start to my journey to a perfect smile. The office is cozy and clean, but the thing I appreciated the most was their personalized approach, taking the time to explain every step of the process and making me feel comfortable every visit. We were recommended here by friends as Dr Vierra did amazing work for their son’s smile. He recently retired, but we have been very happy with Dr Fan. The office seems to have added some new tech while keeping the same great customer service. Honestly we were so happy with our daughter’s braces that my wife started treatment with Invisalign.
